This Cabernet style wine exhibits a deep ruby colour and presents a balance of spiced blackcurrant and plumb flavours.  French oak combined with the tannins of the cabernet grapes leaves a smooth lingering taste on the palate.  This wine pairs well with your favourite steak or a Sunday roast.
